Hi! My name is Aleisha, and I am a 23-year-old energetic and passionate graduate of Queens University of Charlotte. I absolutely LOVE children and work in two childcare facilities in the Myers Park area. I am very comfortable and confident with children of all ages. I am here to make children feel secure, comfortable, and loved! I also have a 3-year-old son of my own. In my free time, I love to cook, play games, and go bowling.
My name is Ashli, and I'm a recent grad of Queens University. I grew up in Atlanta, GA and moved to Columbia, SC for my high school years before making my way to Charlotte for college. I've been babysitting in Charlotte since 2016 and have experience through the Queens Service Referral List and Care.com. The families that I typically babysit for include 2 to 4 children with ages ranging from 2 to 11 years old. I'm willing and able to cook meals and transport children if need be, as I have for these families as well. I'm looking forward to being your sitter!

I am CPR/First Aid/AED-certified, and I love both indoor and outdoor activities such as playing in the park and doing arts and crafts. I also love to cook, and I'm more than willing to help out with household chores if needed. Being responsible, timely and organized are a few qualities that I pride myself on having, and I'd love to show you that while I assist with your childcare needs.
Hi! I’m an ACLS-certified nurse and have been caring for children my whole life. When I was 12 years old, I worked as a mother's helper for one to two children ages 3 to 7. Later, when I was 15, I started babysitting on my own. I would read bedtime stories, prepare nutritious snacks, change diapers, and put the children to bed. I worked with several children ranging in age from 2 months to 10 years. I also volunteered with the Missionettes and taught young girls about the Bible. I have experience with special needs children through the Wings of Eagles Ranch, a great place where children with special needs can ride horses and play games to improve their development. In addition, I have tutored middle- and high-school students in science and math, and I’m currently a substitute teacher. Finally, I frequently look after my two nephews, both of whom have ADHD.
Hello! My name is Jeannette, and I absolutely love children! I have three nieces, ages 1, 4, and 8, and I take care of them as if they are my own. I am currently in nursing school and on my road to becoming a neonatal nurse practitioner. I know how to keep children entertained and happy while providing kind, loving care. I am very comfortable with children and don’t mind being silly and playful along with them. Kids are the future of our lives and they deserve to grow up in a healthy environment.
Hello! Not only have I had experience babysitting for multiple families with which I have developed very positive, long-lasting relationships, but I have had additional childcare experience through internships, volunteer roles, and post-undergraduate caregiving jobs. I was in charge of running a recreation room for 2 years at Levine Children's Hospital, allowing me to spend time with children, teens, and their families during their rehabilitation. Additionally, as an intern at a non-profit called Island Dolphin Care, I helped facilitate therapy for veterans and children with a variety of disabilities. I have previous experience working as a CNA, but I most recently worked as a Life Skills Trainer at a rehab injury facility helping people with traumatic brain injuries complete activities of daily living. I have a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development. Presently. I am working toward obtaining my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and I aspire to work in pediatrics.
Hi! I’m a mature, dependable, patient, loving, and high-energy nanny with a passion for childcare excellence. For the past five years, I’ve worked with kids of all ages, including newborns. I’m comfortable with large groups of children, as I have nannied for families with six children and have spent two years managing a church daycare. The families I’ve worked with value my warmth, professionalism, dedication, and my unwavering commitment to cultivate a safe environment for their children to grow and thrive in.
I love to engage children in a variety of activities such as reading, arts and crafts, games, outdoor fun, and parent-approved excursions. I’m certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. I also love pets, so if you have fur babies, that's a bonus!
Hi! My name is Landon, and I am a young working professional in Charlotte. With over 20 years of childcare experience and a family of my own, I am a great match for children of all ages. I enjoy playing outside, doing arts and crafts, and building block castles. In my spare time, I like to explore new places, watch “The Voice” with my family, and listen to podcasts.
Hi, I’m Leslie! I was born and raised here in Charlotte. I am a Certified Medical Assistant at a multi-specialty pediatric clinic with Atrium Health. I’ve been in the medical field for 7 years and in pediatrics for 5! I am CPR/First Aid-certified. I have been around kids my entire life. I first started working with children around 13 years old in the nursery at church. After getting into the medical field, I quickly learned that pediatrics was the age group I wanted to work with! Kids of all ages truly bring me joy! I love cuddling the little babies, playing with the young toddlers, and getting to talk to the pre-teens and teens. They always have something interesting to say! I am an aunt to 5 nieces and 1 nephew ranging from ages 1 to 13. My husband and I have been married since March of 2019, and we have a “dog child” named Dora. We hope to have a baby soon but want to enjoy a little bit of married life first! I can’t wait to take care of your little ones!
Hello! My name is McKenzie. I recently graduated from the Ohio State University (go Bucks!) with a degree in human development and family science. My time in college consisted of classes, observations, and hands-on experiences that allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of children overall. I am familiar with cognitive, social/emotional, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and speech/language development of all age groups! My goal in college was to someday become a child life specialist. Aside from my education, I have had approximately 10 years of childcare experience. I have been a summer nanny, lifeguard, activities director, and an intern at Goddard Preschool. I also have helped with fundraisers for St. Jude, worked for a company called SittingMadeSimple, and have been through all of the training required to become a behavior technician. I am more than comfortable with animals (If anything, I prefer it--who doesn't love animals?), have my own car, and am CPR-certified. I am okay with driving kids, cleaning (laundry, dishes, etc.), and running errands if needed.
